The client had already obtained outline permission for 2 units on this site but all matters were reserved and therefore a full design had to be produced for a reserved matters application.

I worked closely with the client and a future purchaser of plot 1 to develop two bespoke designs for both plots. The design for plot 1 fit the purchasers specification whilst providing an aesthetically pleasing and appropriate development for its context. Plot 2 was then designed as an aesthetically related, but smaller unit, for the developer to sell post completion.

This scheme was designed by myself during my time at Moss Company Architects.
