Proposals are for a 4 bed new build property.

Client had very clear specifications and aesthetics they aspired towards. This young family were keen to have an open plan kitchen/living space but also an additional playroom for the children. They also desired a glazed wine cellar to be situated under the stairs.

Due to a limited budget the client submitted their own planning application and project managed the build themselves.

This scheme was designed by myself during my time at Moss Company Architects.
