Planning permission gained and working drawings produced for a development on a 0.8ha site, allocated for housing, within the Telford & Wrekin local plan.

The site is situated within the corner of a conservation area in Telford and development of the site faced strong opposition from surrounding neighbours.

Development is a low density residential development consisting of 13no. high end, 3-5 bedroom homes. All homes were designed with detached garages, private driveways and generous gardens to the rear.

Within the centre of the development is a public green providing a social space and a focal point for each property.
