This feasibility study was for a replacement dwelling in North Shropshire, replacing an existing bungalow with a 2storey 5 bed property. The site overlooks the Weaver Valley and has spectacular views from the rear of the property. For this reason glazing was maximised to the rear. Garages and stables were also considered within the proposals.

The client was provided with 2 versions of the elevations to help determine the kind of aesthetic they were hoping to achieve. Both styles were deemed appropriate for the location due to no set vernacular.
