Design, planning and production of technical drawings for 2no.bespoke dwellings in Shrewsbury. Proposals were to demolish and replace an existing bungalow in poor condition on the site with the primary unit and to then build a second, similar but smaller unit, on the other half of the site to be sold on.

The brief was for 4/5 bed dwellings with the primary plot to incorporate a ground floor master suite, complete with large walk in dressing room.

Kitchen and living areas were designed to be open plan with dual aspect. The client also requested a separate dining room for occasions.

Both dwellings were to feel spacious and provide plenty of storage, all of which was incorporated into the layouts.
