This feasibility exercise was to explore the possibilities of providing an extension to the rear of the existing kitchen, and an extension to the side of the property over the footprint of the existing garage and into the rear garden. The extension was to enlarge the kitchen into a large kitchen/living space, provide a new utility, a new indoor pool and gym area with a first floor multi-use/office space. The existing living room was also to be extended with the use of a new orangery to the rear of the property.

The scheme was designed to be in-keeping with the style and character of the existing property and surrounding context. Existing joinery was also shown as upgraded and a new garage was designed.

Later changes saw the removal of the swimming pool and additional landscaping design.
