The Crest was a reserved matters application, with outline permission having been obtained by the previous site owner. The proposed residential development is on an infill site within Telford town centre. The development will provide 5no. detached new build homes, made up from 3 different bespoke house types. 

The proposals also include associated garaging, parking, amenity space and shared open space, landscaping and vehicular access.

The scheme was initially developed as a white form model in order to gauge appropriate massing and layout for the site. Once this was determined I went on to produce the individual house types and worked further detailing into the layout in order to obtain a succesful permission.
