Renovation & house extension to 1950s property. Proposals were to replace the existing/failing single storey garage with a large 2 storey extension. This comprised of a large double garage, utility room and WC to the ground floor. To the first floor was a large master bedroom with balcony, his and hers dressing rooms and ensuites. The existing ground floor was then reconfigured to provide an accessible and open plan kitchen/living space.
Demolition of an existing bungalow and development of 2no. bespoke, 4/5 bed homes within Shrewsbury. Both units were designed to be similar but not identical. Clients requirements were met with a master bedroom to the ground floor within plot 1. Both houses boasted large open plan kitchen and living rooms, generous hallways, adequate storage and double guest rooms with en suites.
Full planning permission successfully gained.
HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
TELFORD
Residential development. Proposals for 5no.dwellings at the Crest Telford. Site had already got outline permission with all matters reserved. Proposals included 3 bespoke house types with associated garaging, parking, amenity and open space as well as new access.
